Healthy Lean Pork Meatballs
That taste like sausage!

These meatballs are super simple. I used to love sausage, but since they aren't a very healthy option as they are usually finally with nitrites and nitrates...I created these! They seriously taste just like sausage, and I actually like them much more!
My son loved them too!

Here is what you will need:
-1 lb lean ground pork
-1 Tbsp of fennel seeds
-1 tsp marjoram
-1 tsp of garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tsp dried basil
-2 Tbsp salsa(I used hot)
(If you want them spicier, add a tsp to a Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce)

No bread crumbs needed! :)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, form into balls. 
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked all the way through and they brown a little bit on the bottom. 
Remove and place into your favorite pasta sauce!
Eat plain or on top of pasta...I ate them with quinoa pasta and a side of roasted brussel sprouts!
