Homemade Mandarin Vinaigrette
I LOVE making homemade dressings. Most store bought dressings can pack up to 200 calories a serving! And not to mention some check in at about 22 grams of fat! Whelp. They also have tons of salt, sugar, preservatives and even things like high fructose corn syrup! And "low fat" versions..don't let that fool you. They might be lower in calories and fat, but they make up for it in added salts and sugars. They can actually prevent the body from absorbing the healthy nutrients from your salad. Salad like that isn't so healthy anymore, huh? Well, here is your solution.
Make your own!! I will share more but this is my FAVORITE!
