I am not a big fan of coleslaw, but broccoli slaw...I LOVE! And I created this recipe...perfect mix of crunchy, salty, tangy and a little bit sweet! And unlike most slaw salads, it has no mayo!

Its super yummy and super simple!

What you will need:
-3 cups of pre-cut broccoli slaw
-1 cup of chopped kale
-1/2 to 1 cup of crushed pineapple
-1 large apple (I used Macintosh)
-3 slices of purple onion, diced
-1/4 cup sea salt and pepper almonds (I used Almond Accents brand)

Put all of these ingredients in a bowl. And then you will make the dressing. 

For the dressing you will need: 
Combine in a separate bowl...
-3 tsp Extra Virgin olive oil
-3 tsp apple cider vinegar
-3 tsps Liquid Aminos (healthy soy substitute) or low sodium soy sauce
-2 tsp agave nectar (or honey)
-2 to 3 Tbsps. Plain Greek Yogurt
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp dried parsley
-1 minced garlic clove
-pinch of cayenne pepper
-pinch of black pepper
-1/4 tsp dried ginger 
Whisk together well! Then pour over the slaw and toss well! Served chilled.
