I've been on a journey of embracing authenticity and whole hearted living for a long time now. I have been much more present and persistent in that journey, the past two years & I have had a few AHA moments recently that sum up much of what I'm practicing & I wanted to share with you...because maybe someone out there, will find peace, clarity and validity in them too.

☝🏻️When we block negative emotion, we also block our ability to feel joy. We must feel all emotions, to move through them. We must know the lows, so we can have gratitude for the highs. Ebs and flows. Keep feeling. Keep moving. Stay open. Evolve.

✌🏻️When we face things in life that put us in a state of uncertainty or a place of unknown, we can either validate and move with and through these things, or step back in fear. Step forward.

👊🏻I believe when you show up, own {all of} your story, and allow yourself to be seen, you set yourself free and start to find power within to become who you are truly capable of being. Find your free.

✌🏻️Know that sometimes, you will need people in your life to just validate how you feel...without expectation of advice, or "fixing", or anything other than saying, "you're human. Feel what you feel. You're doing the best you can & THAT is enough." And those people who allow you to be seen and feel heard, are gold.

Because although I believe we are all here to help each other along on our journeys, we must seek to find our own path. Our own light. Our own truth.❤️

“I want to be in the arena. I want to be brave with my life. And when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our asses kicked. We can choose courage or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both. Not at the same time. Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.”
