Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Bowl
I absolutely ADORE fall, and all it's flavors! Instead of indulging in flavored processed foods, I like to come up with my own ways to indulge in the YUMMY fall flavors. :)
This is one of my go to Autumn flavor inspired snacks. Its SO easy & protein packed. Perfect for a fall foodie that wants to keep it healthy and SIMPLE!
-3/4 cup organic nonfat Greek yogurt
-1 apple or pear, cubed (I used Jazz)
-1 Tbsp of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp of honey drizzle on top
